Well, notwithstanding that I HAD to vote for him (the alternatives being an agent of the Chinese government and a war criminal), I do think we might consider the possibility that it was just chosen because it wasn't being used for anything.

If "Donovan" means "dark-haired chieftain" and "buigh" means "fair-haired", "sallow", or "tan", does this indicates he's a "Black & Tan"?
