...and Counting
Aside from the hazardous life of dissipation as a career jazz musician, Margie saved him in recent years, IIRC, from a heart attack at the airport when she met him returning from a business trip and a few months ago from a septic kidney infection.

Apparently, the gallstone incident did not qualify.

Gallstone was years ago, and I was told it was of prodigious size; but it did not qualify. The septic shock was however connected with a kidney stone.
